Here you will find direct answers about compatibility, use, technology, safety and ordering. Each answer stands on its own and points you to guidance or personal support where that is more helpful.

1. Compatibility

Infant car seat Will ROCK YOUR BABY fit my Maxi-Cosi infant car seat?

Yes. ROCK your BABY keeps standard infant car seats rocking on their curved runner.

We have tested the Maxi-Cosi Pebble 360 Pro², CYBEX Cloud T i-Size, Joie i-Level Pro, Britax Römer Baby-Safe Pro and Nuna PIPA next in practice. These five tests are examples, not an exhaustive compatibility list.

You can find all tested models and practical guidance in our German compatibility overview for infant car seats. The brands and models are named solely to describe compatibility and do not imply a partnership with their manufacturers.

Rocking cradle Does ROCK your BABY work with a rocking cradle?

Yes. ROCK YOUR BABY is suitable for cradles with a rocking runner. As a practical guide rather than an absolute test, the cradle should swing freely back and forth at least twice after a gentle tip.

This is not a blanket compatibility guarantee: runner shape, floor, weight and secure attachment all affect whether a particular setup is suitable.

Pushchair Does ROCK your BABY also work with a pushchair?

Yes, with a suitable setup ROCK YOUR BABY can keep classic four- and three-wheel models, twin pushchairs and pushchairs with a central-tube or centre-spine frame, such as the Stokke Xplory, moving in a gentle sway.

A stable mounting point, overall stability and sufficient movement are essential, so every specific model must be checked before use. There is no blanket compatibility guarantee.

Attachment How is ROCK your BABY attached?

The quick adapter is secured with a rubberised hook-and-loop strap at a suitable, stable point on the frame or handle of the pushchair, infant car seat or cradle. ROCK your BABY then clips onto the adapter.

Installing several quick adapters allows the rocking drive to be moved quickly between different places of use. If you are unsure about your setup, we will be happy to check the mounting point using a photo.

2. How it works in everyday life

Movement How does ROCK your BABY move an infant car seat, rocking cradle or pushchair?

With infant car seats and rocking cradles, ROCK YOUR BABY keeps the entire runner moving very gently.

On a pushchair, ROCK YOUR BABY keeps the whole pushchair in a gentle sway — much as you would softly rock it using the handlebar.

Everyday life Can I use the ROCK YOUR BABY rocking drive on holiday?

Yes. ROCK YOUR BABY can accompany you to a hotel, holiday apartment or when visiting family and friends.

Everyday life How long does ROCK your BABY rock at a time?

With infant car seats and rocking cradles, a safety shut-off required by the applicable rules or standards ends the rocking cycle after 30 minutes; this is not a technical performance limit. A small impulse easily starts another 30-minute cycle.

In pushchair mode, ROCK YOUR BABY can continue running without that interval.

Background Why does rocking soothe many babies?

Gentle, even movement resembles a familiar pattern of stimulation that many babies know from pregnancy and their earliest routines with parents.

ROCK YOUR BABY aims to reproduce this familiar pattern as gently as possible, helping your baby feel secure and settle more easily.

3. Buying and technology

Battery How long does the ROCK your BABY battery last?

ROCK your BABY provides up to eight hours of battery life.

Actual runtime depends on the setup, floor and use. Charging is via USB-C, and fast charging is built in.

Technology How is ROCK your BABY charged?

ROCK your BABY is charged via USB-C.

Standard USB-C cables and common USB power adapters or power banks work in practice. For reliable fast charging, we recommend a capable adapter and a high-quality cable.

Technology How long does charging take?

With fast charging, it typically takes about 30 minutes to reach around 80% and about one hour for a full charge.

Actual charging time can vary with the power adapter, cable, temperature and battery condition.

Technology Is there an app for ROCK YOUR BABY?

No. ROCK YOUR BABY works without radio emissions — a deliberate choice to omit Wi-Fi and Bluetooth for your baby’s sake. When needed, you can simply transfer updates and new music to the device using a USB-C cable. Updates.

Sounds Which sounds are included, and can I load my own MP3s?

Lullaby sounds and white noise are stored on ROCK YOUR BABY. The device has six fixed sound slots. You can replace any slot individually with your own MP3 — one, several or all six. Each slot has its own LED colour, so you can immediately see which sound is selected. Sound downloads and management.

Sounds How loud should soothing sounds be?

Always start very quietly. On an infant car seat, the speaker is close to the baby, so the device’s lowest volume setting is often enough. On a pushchair or rocking cradle, the device is farther away; depending on the surroundings, a higher setting may be appropriate.

Personalisation Can I have something other than the baby’s name engraved on ROCK YOUR BABY?

Yes. We can also engrave simple shapes, geometries or motifs after checking them. Enter “Image” in the name field in the shop and email us your motif afterwards. We will contact you if anything needs clarification.

Returns Can I return an online order?

For non-personalised goods, you have 14 days after receipt to exercise the statutory right of withdrawal. The law provides an exception for an item actually engraved with your chosen name; nevertheless, we also accept its return within 14 days of receipt as a voluntary goodwill gesture. This goodwill policy is not a statutory right of withdrawal.

The binding statutory terms are set out in the shop’s cancellation policy.

4. Safety and operation

Safety What is the maximum weight?

ROCK YOUR BABY can safely rock babies weighing up to approximately nine kilograms.

Floor Which type of floor is best, and how does it affect the battery?

Hard, level floors such as tiles, parquet or laminate are ideal. ROCK YOUR BABY works more efficiently there, and battery life is longer.

On soft surfaces, or where thick rubber or foam padding is placed beneath the rocking product, the rocking effect may be much weaker or absent and the battery may discharge faster.

Operation What should I check with a new setup?

Before use, check stability, rocking behaviour and secure attachment. Choose a location where the rocking motion cannot make the infant car seat, cradle or pushchair slide, tip over or fall from a raised surface.

Safety May I leave my baby unattended while rocking?

No. ROCK your BABY may only be used within your direct field of view and under active supervision.

Safety What should I do if my baby cries or becomes unsettled while rocking?

Stop immediately and go directly to your baby.

Check your baby’s needs and the setup. Movement is not helpful in every situation. Safety and immediate care always come first.

Safety When should I not rock my baby?

Do not rock your baby immediately after feeding or when your baby is showing other needs.

Immediate care and attention always come first in those moments.

Care How should I clean the device?

ROCK YOUR BABY is splash-resistant and can be cleaned with a damp cloth.
